Taught by Marion Lyman-Mersereau. Ms. Marion has over 30 years of teaching experience as a middle school social studies teacher, yoga teacher, and high school outrigger canoe paddling coach at Punahou School. She was introduced to the Mindfulness practice ten years ago and has been a devoted practitioner for six years. Ms. Marion will be teaching the Qigong routine with bamboo sticks developed by an elderly Qigong master to maintain his suppleness. With practice of this routine one can maintain strength, balance, and breath control. A perfect exercise for the novice Kupuna and one that can easily be practiced later at home. Bamboo sticks will be provided by Teacher.
