FRIDAYS 6:30-7:30pm
Taught by Marni Suu Reynolds (MBA, RYT) and Carly Gaffey (MA, RYT). These seasoned instructors have collaborated through their passion for serving new and diverse communities through yoga and meditation. Marni and Carly offer approachable, dynamic, and soulful classes.
The first half of this class is a gentle yoga practice, followed by a meditative Sound Bath. Join us for gentle stretching, fun exercises, and easy instruction, then lay down and relax for a deeply rejuvenating Sound Bath, featuring gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, vocals, and more. This class is designed for all ages and levels!
Each week, you will have the option to practice using a yoga mat on the floor or seated in a chair. Please bring a yoga mat (a limited number of extra mats are supplied), water bottle, and optional pillow/blanket for the Sound Bath. Wear comfortable clothing and layers.
*Monday night yoga class now features Kundalini Yoga taught by Marni Reynolds. Kundalini yoga is often referred to as the yoga of awareness. You will be guided through various breath-work, and gentle yet invigorating exercises.
