Tai Chi has often been called “Moving Meditation” for its graceful and slow forms and movements. Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention, certified by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), is one of the leading health exercises proven to enhance balance, help prevent falls and increase overall well-being.
Tai Chi’s last class for the year is 12/10/24. Class will resume again on 1/14/25.
