Course: Mindfulness Qigong for Strength and Balance & Gentle Yoga

A series of exercise steps that helps strengthen and stretch different parts of your body while enhancing your balance. This routine was developed by an elderly Zen Master who wanted to keep his body supple. Every joint is addressed. The bamboo stick movements are followed by some gentle yoga to relax the lower back and absorb the benefits of the routine.
Supplies needed:
Yoga mat - If you would like to join the yoga session in the second half of the class.
Qigong’s last class for the year is 12/17/24. Class will resume again on 1/7/25.
